• Payments: handled by Stripe; we don’t store full card data.
• Analytics: Simple Analytics for privacy‑friendly, aggregated insights (no cookies, no personal data).
• Click counts (paid feature): anonymous totals for your signature link(s). We do not store personal information about visitors.
• Technical: minimal server logs for security (e.g., error logs, basic request data).

1A) Cookies & tracking

• mailsigna does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or invasive analytics.
• Simple Analytics is cookie‑free and collects only anonymous, aggregated usage data.
• Stripe may set essential cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention.
• Because we do not use non‑essential cookies, we do not display a cookie banner.

2) How we use data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send important account/billing notices.
• Protect against misuse and ensure security.

3) Legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — security, service improvement, analytics that don’t use personal data.
• Consent — where required (e.g., marketing emails).

4) Sharing

• Stripe (payments), Simple Analytics (privacy analytics), and hosting providers.
• We don’t sell personal data.
