Welcome to mailsigna.com ("mailsigna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service

mailsigna lets you create and manage minimalist email signature links reachable at mailsigna.com/USERNAME.

2) Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You control what appears on your signature pages and links.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Plans, billing & trial

• Paid subscriptions are annual and auto‑renew unless you cancel before renewal.
• New signups get a 30‑day free trial. After the trial, charges begin automatically unless canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full card details.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations stop future renewals; we don’t issue refunds for unused time.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4) Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, spammy, or abusive content.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse‑engineer the service.
• Respect third‑party rights (e.g., trademarks, privacy).

5) Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.

6) Intellectual property

We own mailsigna’s software, brand, and site. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and display it to deliver the service.

7) Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk to the service.

8) Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Aarhus, Denmark will have exclusive jurisdiction.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or in‑app notice.
